This is a central place where individuals can store their CV's, maintain their CV's and email it to employers. Their CV's are confidential and can only be accessed by a username and password chosen by them. A unique number is allocated to every CV to keep every individuals identify and work history confidential. The identity of the individual can only bye accessed by the system administrator.

The aim of the database is to store every CV on the database, even if the individual is not in the market for a new job.

When an opportunity arise and a future employer is interested in a candidate on the web site the individual will be contacted and liaise with, to determine if the candidate in interested in a new job opportunity or not.

When an employer searches out database and have found a suitable candidate of interest, the individual will be contacted first to determine if the individual is interested in the job offered by the employer. if the candidate give us the go-ahead that he is interested in the job offered, his identity will be revealed to the employer and a meeting will be scheduled between the employer and employee.
